Gas Fitters? Corgi.. need some info.

have to take out a gas cooker and wasn't sure on turning off the gas.
this is the pic of it.. anyone know how to turn it off?

turn off at metre m8 not at cooker
but when pipe is disconnected at this piont ( see pic lol ) the gas flow is stopped automatically

push the outer ring upwards and turn through 90 degrees m8
It's a type of bayonet fitting.........like a lightbulb.

push fitting in and twist at the end of the gas hose where it goes to fitting on wall can be a bit fiddly to get out but it will come out .
