Garmin Map Updates (Nuvi 765T)

HI,

It seems that MapSource is no longer supported by Garmin. Shame, because I used to plan routes & download tracklogs later to build up a profile for a project I'm working on.

Now it seems that we have to use BaseCamp... which insists that the Nuvi be connected to the PC.

I have a lifetime map Update Subscription - is there any way of getting updated maps (which Garmin no longer install to PC) onto the PC ?

This is driving me nuts!!
