Gamer plans spam attack to ensure Xbox 360 'pirate' gets off Live for good

Gamer TomWithGas recently had a rant over at the GS forums. There's a gamer on Live who goes by the name of PopIsDead UK who he believes is clearly a pirate and has no sanctions from MS - the guy in question has over 220 games and 10,000 gamerscore. TomWithGas is so angered by him that he has organised some kind of mass spam him as it is unfair everyone else has to pay and urges others to take actions such as report him to get him off Live.
