This guidance for the setting-up of the hyperterminal and bringing in being files applies to the following receiver:

With the galaxy - functions to receivern to the software - exchange over the serial interface starting from Bootloader - version 3.13 no longer. Thus it does not then even try, otherwise thereafter an attendance will be necessary with galaxy - service, so that your receiver functions again.
The hyperterminal should be present in each Windows installation, if not, it must over the Windows Setup is installed. One finds it under: Start > programs > accessories > hyperterminals or start > programs > accessories > communication.
With the first call attitudes for communication are queried (new connection).
1. One assigns a name, under which one finds these attitudes later again (e.g. as left on the Desktop).
2. One selects a free COM haven.
3. Communication characteristics define, attitude like here in the picture.
For terminating the hyperterminal asked, whether one would like to store the attitudes, does one this, can one these attitudes over the before assigned name again and again call.
Transfers one IS file
1. Hyperterminals with the evenly produced attitudes call.
2. Box and PC by zero-modem cables connect. The COM selected before use.
3. The key "D" to the PC keyboard keep pressed and the box on by remote maintenance or power switch switch.
If the boat load hereditary LOCK second is time indicated, no connection from the PC to the box exists, only from the box to the PC. Here one should examine the zero-modem cable and/or the installation/release of the COM in Windows.
In normal case the message appears:
Download mode!!!!
Waiting for down load using 1k XMODEM.
and "down" appears to the box on the display.
Now one selects over "file sends" one IS file out, which must fit the respective box. Is not if those AM suitable for the box, one can destroy the box thereby!!!
As minutes "1k XMODEM" must be selected.
After the actual Download to the box the box examines the check sums and does not take with correct check sum the file into the Flash memory - "pro6" at the display of the box during the Flashens of the memory one may not switch the box off, the memory could come in disorder and the box could afterwards no more start.

After "end Download!!!" bootet the box again, and e.g. a Setting is immediately active and/or the new software starts. At some new software it can be that one some system attitudes again make must or that the own program list is lost, and one must again bring if necessary its Settings in.
