Again this is "B" grade but will be perfect in lmost everyway from my own experience with "B" grade products from them.

Looks like full HD if 1920x1080 is full HD and with built in Freeview. (Only 2 left guys).

It means there may be something missing from the box, maybe a driver CD, or backplate if it's a motherboard, it may even be missing the remote conrtol.

Or it may have a small mark on it somewhere or been returned for some reason, the box may be tatty or whatever.

But it will work as it should and you have 14 days in which to test it, then you may get an extended warranty with the manufacturer but not sure how that one works.
