FTP conection Cloud-Ibox 2

I flash my receiver with image and everything is ok but I cant connect with WinSCP..igt says remote machine refuse connection..
Can someone help me with his?

Correct user and password if so try something else like filezilla could be a firewall block on the program out like that.

you are aware winscp is secure copy protocol or ftp over ssh which is port 23

if you want to ftp then just use filezilla

I found image where I dont hve this problem Cloud_2_PLI_MP_Edition so I dont understand Your question about winscp and ssh protocol. Also I use winscp to connect my pc with other receivers (dreambox, vu+, xpeed etc etc) but problems is only with this receiver and image I found for it.
