FTA FTV problem

I have sky downstairs but fta in my bedroom. I dont seem to be able to receive all those channels you list in the sticky.Am I doing anything wrong(or not doing) I always let the updates run when it appears on my tv.I can only get able half of what you list. pse help I have a grundi digital box in the bedroom

whatchannels are you receiving, is there an onscreen message for the ones that are missing, or are they non existant?

Zone Horror, Zone Thriller, Zone Reality, Zone Reality+1, Zone Reality X,

Dont see them on my menue but will have to have another thorough look
