My front row films have gone now, when i order a film the screen just goes black and thats it is there and way to fix it.

Presumeably you have a mosc card and this started when the new s/w was downloaded a week or 2 ago. Open it in nagra and go to standard tier 8. At the bottom your 'level' will be 00, change this to 01 and the front row will reappear! (assuming of course u are not in a vod area)!

has VOD filmflex rolled out in your area...if so then that would be your problem.
