Front Row Problem

I have done my first funcard and a mosc but neither of them let me into front row movies.An error message appears telling me that my pin hasn't been activated. Before I did these cards I was able to book a movie with just the talkback cut.
Can someone tell me where I have went wrong please?

What area are you in and what box are you using?

Look in the engineer's menu to make sure the PIN has been set (should be ****; if it's 0000 then you need to set the PIN)

Pure n*l area and the password is ****, my box is a 4010n.

Not sure that it has started yet. I was able to view front row last week.To be honest I ain't too bothered about watching it, I'm more concerned that I may be writing the cards wrong.
