freezing sagem

i have a sagem 1x dbox i cant get it to boot up it just stops when ever it feels like it. when it does freeze it wont switch back on the display still lights up and just stays like that if i unplug it and leave it for a while it will boot up and freeze any one help any idea is the box goosed thanks in advance

Do you have a null modem cable? If you do, could you provide us with a boot log?

You could try changing the ucode to 001a...

the dbox has liam s new image in it would the ucode need changed

Try removing the modem as well.
