freezing problems

hi all, this is my 1st post, so plz excuse my ignorance. i got some serious problems with freezing pictures and chirping sounds, got a dbox 2 using sportster 1.75. tried changing renaming ucodes, but no luck. signal must be fine as two other dboxs work mint. this box is a bit different as it uses the x1 image the others use x2 img. has any1 got any other img that i can try such as box cracker or zorge x1 img.
