MAG box Freezing and Jumping Channels

Hi i have a new Mag 254 with a sub it goes ok for a while and it starts freezing and then it starts to switch channels automatically eg : BBC 1 to Sky News without me touching the remote ???? I am running 85mbs Broadband
Can some one be able to help me rectify this please Thanking you in advance

i dont know nothing about Mag boxs but it could be:

a kid with a remote that is messing with your box. i did it as a kid to my neighbours(Great Fun).
something srong with your provider. try another provider. plenty of free trails out there, try one and test.
