Bit of advise the misses has come up with an idea that she is wanting to have an internal review/forum type website or something similar.

This site does not need to be online as it will only be shared between her work mates that are in her office and all on a work group.

She would like it secure with a password any ideas please?

Could be a lot of work for a small number of people - if she's on Microsoft servers perhaps Public Folders would be a better option?
