forgot outlook express password

hi anyone help i can't log-in to my email as i do not know the pass word from when i got my ********** disk it was on a card i got from ********** and i never changed it and now uts ****** ********** ask's for pass word then comes up error any thought's regards thomas also not very good with computers..

You e-mail password should be held by your ISP. There should be a phone method of resetting it via their helpdesk.
