I am looking for a diagram to see if my radio in my focus is compatible with the parrot ck3100 phone kit, bit late really as I have bought the kit lol

Yes it is compatable you need a telemute lead, to allow the connection to the parrot and the radio.

Thats the kit in my wifes car and its a good kit.

Thanks for the link MH, what does the telemute lead do ?, I am assuming that there is no mute input on the current sterio ??

I see in the manual for the parrot that a line in is required on the sterio and was basicaaly hoping that the ford sterio would suffice...

Yeah, the lead does everything for you. it includes the mute lead that the parrot blue module sends that does into to the radio.

All the leads a specifically made for each car stereo so no wireing mods need to be done.

Just plug in and play:)

ahh right that explains it then, there were leads in the pack, if they are compatible with my sterio is unknown lol , I am not that lucky lol..

Those leads in the pack are for the Parrot Kit, I dont think ford use ISO connectors. The parrot kit uses ISO plugs and sockets.

The lead is only about 15 quid inc postage me thinks

That guy fitted the wifes kit, so I know he does a good job. He actually fixed a bunch of dicky wiring FOC;)

Ahh right, so the lead interfaces the iso with ford....

I understand, I will contact that chap and get him to send me the lead, I dont think he will be too cheap if he has to travel to south wales lol

Just fitted it , it looks and sounds great, your m8 sent me the lead and at a reasonable price....

definately would recommend product and your m8...

overall cost £120 but thats basically two fines without the points so well worth it..
