What box have you got? (model) and how are you trying to force the update?

its a pace tw di 1010t hold the standby button powerup 4321

First of all you need to check the basics before you force a update, are the net id and freq correct for your area? and it is a tw box being used in a tw area?

yes all the freq and netid are correct and the box is a tw box as same model as my sub box

on the mcns upstream page in engeneers menu my power level is never constant is this my tuner or what on sub box it stays at 55dbmv
