Win 7 Folder hidden and padlocked

I use the newsgroups and grabit but for some stupid reason I downloaded some music and the folder it's downloaded is hidden and padlocked.
I know this because when I checked in grabit prefs as to were the files were actually downloading to it shows the folder in question alt.binaries.ftd in the right place but with a padlock next to it. When I go to progam files and look in grabit alt.binaries.ftd isn't there !

I tried in folder options show hidden folders but it's still not showing. How do I fix this ?

Are you able to take ownership of them at all?

Or add a security group?

I haven't read that properly sorry mate. Thought you might have been able to take ownership of the file like a normal Windows file but its a binary file so not sure if you can do this.
