By using usb.Copy downloaded unpacked image files to your usb drive.then with box off insert usb into box..turn on box wait a few seconds and follow on screen instructions..its not scary at all mate really nice and easy.once you have flashed once you can go about experimenting with images till you find the one you like..

depends on image but you will need to download APK and ftp to temp folder and install.
