Flashing problems

i have follwoed all the normal steps, when i get to the point of selecting the image that i want to load on to my box in flash wizzard pro i get an error

Socket Error # 10054
Connection reset by peer.

any ideas where i am going wrong,

this is when i select the file that i want to flash on my box in flash wizard.

any ideas, the reason im trying to flash my box with a new image is that i lost all sports channels, when i done a scan the sport chanels didnt come back and i lost more channels, so i thought i would try a newer image.

Mr NOT TO BRIGHT strikes again, it was my firewall that was causing me the problem. the name says it all.

i suppose thats one way of looking at it, i got it all sorted now, so i can watch the cricket and football 2moz
