Flashing image back up

Can anyone kindly point me in the direction of a step by step guide on how to put a full backup image of a Zegemma H2 using a formatted USB and re-flash another Zgemma H2. I want to be able to move the image backup file from the USB onto laptop for keepsake and then replace file image back file onto a fresh formatted USB.

Hi mate, is this guide not for flashing a pre-built image onto a receiver as I'm looking to make a complete full backup of the image I already have on my receiver onto another one minus the the cam info?

Same process for any type of image backup or otherwise.
