I originally flashed my box with a 1x image which put it into kein as its a 2x box (sagem).

I have now flashed 3 times with IFA with a null modem attached. It says its finished but when I switch off and on it still says kein system. I have tried 2 different 2x images and got same result each time. The first time I waited 15 minutes before switching off the box even though all the guides say 2. It is definately flashing as the front of the box says it is.

Am I doing something wrong at the end?

Thanks for any help

mmmmm....and it says complete or some thing along the lines ?

you sure it's a 2 chip sagem ? they are rare man ?

you looking at the right chips ?

I have just taken box apart again and it definately has 2 AMD chips inside. I will goto the pc I use for flashing and copy the text I get from IFA and post it on here.

Is that it or has something gone wrong?
Thanks again for the help

Thats the network log from bootmanager and not the flash log.
If you get no messages in the IFA window you don't use a real null modem cable.

Ok mateys, I took out the null modem cable and tried again and VOILA its worked.

The bloke in the shop assured me the cable was fine and it clearly wasn't.

Thank you all so much for helping me, I'd have went bald by now if you lot hadn't stopped me from pulling out my hair.

Much appreciated.
