Ive just bought a 800gb Thecus N2100 nas unit. It has cifs smb, i have used cifs to mount to my dbox.
The problem is although it mounted straight up and my test jpg, mp3, ts files can be seen they will not open.
I have the nas configured raid1. I cannot find an option to format the drives fat32 or anything ,is this the problem??
I get a message from my dreambox that there is nothing playable in the folder even though all the file names are visable.
Any ideas pls guys.
