Fire TV 4k turning off updates, how ?

I bought a fire tv 4k a few weeks back 1/2 price Amazon but I now would like to turn the updates off, does anyone know how to do this ?. I tried a de-bloater that so called does the trick along with ABD but I got a message saying something about the firmware its on and it won't allow it.
Right now it's back to factory state and it's on
Software Version Fire OS 6.2 6.3
Fire TV Home Version 6.1.3 1-004

I would like the option to turn it off so I can run iptv apps without them sending hidden updates in the future to combat them
