MAG box File missing error on MAG 256

I have a MAG 256. It was working fine for the last 10 days. Now every channel has a '! file missing' error.
Have rebooted my router, updated the firmware, done a factory reset, etc etc with no success.
Have contacted the server provider who says I am offline, yet I can google on line and use facebook etc,
I have tried another TV, cat5 cable, and also connected with WiFi without success.
Any ideas guys or will this box good for keeping the door open!

Got a message from server provider to restart my MAG. Hey presto! it is back in action.
I was sure the problem was not at my end. I am still in the dark about what the problem was.
All I can say is that if you get "file missing" error on all channels on your box, it a server error.
You must tell your provider that the problem is on their server, not your box.
Hope my experience helps other MAG 256 users.
