Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 - Error 0x80242006

Hello
Keep getting this error when I run windows updates. Tried to troubleshoot but still no joy. tried to reset pc but that doesn't work either. Get an error message there has been a problem and no changes have been made. Without doing a fresh install is there a way i can fix this fault.

Tried windows 10 update to latest version doesn't work either. Right at the end says undoing all changes.
If i have to do reflash is there still a link to download windows 10 pro 64 bit? Will my current product work on the new os? Or is there key link somewhere?
