Faulty box turnaround with dvb-shop24?

I sent a faulty Dreambox 500C back to dvb-shop24 on Monday, he received it back today at 13.30 according to DHL tracking.
How quickly do they normally get a replacement out? Same day? Next day?

I've emailed them but they aren't the quickest to respond.

may i ask whats wrong with your box mate?, i just received 2 and they are missing channels and lots of channels are saying "service not found" but another dreambox i have works fine

cheers mate, did you have to post or did they collect, i think i have 2 duff boxes here too

They emailed me a prepaid UPS returns slip. All I had to do was call UPS to collect the package.
