Fast vcd shrinking&burning software..

hi does anybody know of a fast proggy so i can shrink 1 movie onto 1 cd-r? ive been using movie shrink and burn 2 but it syncs the sound wrong even with 2 discs sometimes aswell. ive tried various other bits n bobs and dont like converting including tmpgenc.

so im after an all in one package that can handle .avi and divx and xvid (plugin reliant)
