On the way to Jersey some years ago saw and spoke to Alan Whicker as we got off the plane, on the same holiday saw and had a brief word or two with Ron Atkinson as we danced around each other in a crowded St Hellier high st.

When i was a kid met & spoke to the Queen and Prince Charles ( i was so young i didnt even know who he was) , Frank Boreman (apollo 11 astronaut).
