I see that these channells are open again on atra 19.2E, 12402 (V) 27500, 3/4, Mg2/ Via2.
I don't bother posting about these channels as they are normaly only open for a few days each month while they do the code change, but these channels have now been open for over two weeks, and they do put some good english films on, so it might be worth checking them out.

they are via~1 or sometimes refered as v~2.3 which does have key changes every so often.
