Factory Reset tm800hd

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to completely factory reset the box?

I want to send my box back to technomate to get it replaced as it gets too hot, however, when I factory reset the box and then set the box up to check if all the old settings are gone, some of my original settings are still there such as network and cam settings.

Can any of you guys advise on how I can wipe the box clean?

Ftp to the box and delete your personal stuff manually!Probably you will need to delete only conf files for your using cam!
