Skybox F3 f3 wont boot up

I have flashed my f3 skybox with the recovery kit but all it does now is goes to load counts up to LO97 then jumps back to load and repeats over and over any help would be great thanks

made my own rs232 cable, only needed 3 wires as I made the usual full handshake with 8!!, had same problem but using the 3 wire and correct firmware (older) I managed to update it via usb after I flashed it... try older firmware, once it boots, use usb to update to recent... hope this helps

thanks for both replies will try on box today could you tell me how you made your own cable and what wires were used thanks also could I adopt my null cable to suit

This is the one here mate ... if you have no rs232 ends just use pins soldered to the wires and place in.

hi , does anyone have a beginners guide on rebooting my sky f3s box as it is stuck on load, i have a null modem cable but need the software to load onto it and how to do it,
