extracting a nsb file with winrar... but says corrupetd file, how do i fix it

Hi all,

Got a few back ups of my films that ive got on grabit. but when I extract them i get errors, it says corrupted archive on alot of archives, why is this ? there are par2 files there but I dont understand what to do with them or even how to do it.
