Extract bk and ird from tit1.

I am trying to extract the bk and ird from tit 1. I found that I cant open in nagra edit. When i use my dynamite I am prompted to erase the card first(will this lose the info Iam looking for) and when I use winexplorer I don't have he option to configure it properly. Any other way as I dont want to lose the ird and bk before I mess around (theres no back up).
