Anyone know where i can find some basic Excel training on-line?

I'm shite at it so some basic video stuff just to get me doing the basic stuff would be very helpful.

Hi - don't suppose anyone got this and can send a copy my way? I need to teach some users Excel and I thought I would just use a course already available (or if anyone has any PDF tutorials I can use them...)
