well you can just transfer it over to var/bin/emu then 755 it but the best thing is to make a backup of your image first as sometimes you can run into trouble

and before you transfer it over delette the one in there already

You can extract the relevant files from the image file using new-tuxbox-flashtool, or if it's currently installed, just grab them via FTP.
