Eurovox Channels Help

Hi

Got my Eurovox yesterday and put pansat image on , but when scanning for channels can only recieve 143. Cannot even get some freeview channels and e4 etc. I tried to do a bruteforce powerscan but it doesnt seem to find any channels that way it just clears all the channels that the auto scan found and just displays one channel with no picture.

Anybody got any ideas?

Sorted now needed to change the symbol rate in then powerscan settings to 6.887 the do a powerscan, got loads of channels now
