hi there i have recently update my box with new firmware but the box is working fine, but the remote control will not work ay help with this issue plz tia

u have put eurovox max on it and not eurovox 2 m8

hi there no i have put on EV2_FIX_140408_CORE_070506.BIN which was the only one that worked on it

is your box the same as this then ..

is a common thing with these , but if your sure its a 2 and the softwares a 2 then reflash it m8

hi there the box was black as it was a friend, but i checked first and it was ev2 with two scart sockets on it
