Euro-Vox {one scart} chan loss.

i have the first one with one scart on the back guys and since Vitgin have taken over i have lost my prem plus and box office tried a re-scan tried a reflash still cant get them two but all the others are fine i know some people can still get them particular chans so any advice would be appreciated.

I thought the box office channesl were away, however check premplus isn't called something else like tv61 or the like.
