I press another button to see if i have a picture and go back again and i have a picture again .

When I turn on the receiver, only open atv7 is shown, after that there is no option show, even the remote is not working, what should I do?

So stuck on boot logo and do you have a spinning logo that freezes box.

So remote does nothing even if pressing menu.

Might be a bad flash and needs reflashing ?

Batteries in remote are good and signal is checked on camera phone while pressing buttons..

If you knew your box ip i would try entering box ip into web browser to use Webif but thinking it wont connect and throw up an error.

Is there an 6.7 as dont use ATV and heard of 6.4

6.4 is the last stable issh version.

Is your box a vu zero4k as all i see is that model listed in 6.4?

Rechecked again and there is a vu zero non 4k so choose correctly.
