Error, BackDoor reported disable

Hey I have an Atmega card, it went down with just channels 1-4, i try to read the card in nagra but getting

Attempting to login to BD3
Error, BackDoor reported disable - Card may contain update
Reading ROM10 failed

Tried to open with Xncs
and i get Opening of port was sucessfull.
No atr sent from card.
Sorry...Not Dumping card.

Not sure what to do next

DON'T use Nagraedit!
Use your programmer's own software and select atmega163, reading exteep (as that contains IRD and BK) will erase flash so read flash first and save it, then exteep.

Open exteep in nagraedit or Toxic.
