Check the simm like you would for an err2 fault.
Also double check your net id is correct and feed is ok.

im not sure if you were going from memory m8 but err20 is a tuneing related fault. could be anything on the box from a bad connection to a knackered componant/this might include your netid and freq--{never known it to be card related}--------------------err30/err31 is object validation
