err11/err12

hi got a 4010,tryed to boot the box,shown err11/err12,pulled jumper,gave me *****,in eng menu,when connecting the feed,it only lets me go into eng menu for about 6 secs,its set the net id right(00008),then when i try and boot the box,it just goes round in a circule,,pace,nit,,----,the box has taken an update aswell,,,can any1 help...many thanks

how long have you left it on feed m8 might just need left alone for a hour or two
