Couldn't find in settings is it possible to make single epg
List bigger using openpli cheers

Im not 100% sure mate i dont use the single EPG

But with the Single EPG list on screen press the menu button it may give you some options there.

press menu in EPG you should have the option to increase/decrease the text size

I just use the Menu button when in EPG and change a couple of settings about half way down that page .
some are default on 0 but can go as high as 10

i would take photos of the default setting

Change a few and reboot the box ?

when in EPG if you press menu timer overview comes up
