Yep.

Missed it myself, but there was a Samuel L. Jackson cameo as Nick Fury after the end credits of Iron Man inviting Stark/Iron Man to join S.H.E.I.L.D.

[edit] bad phone cam on youtube.

All rumours at the moment... But there's a lot of speculation over on the TIH and IM discussion boards on IMDB.

you think, because superhero movies cannot do no wrong at the moment.

it would probably be the highest movie of this year/next made.

imagine the bill for just the stars?

anyway loved the cartoons - big screen would be so cool.

There is a justice league poster in I am Legend as well.

It may well end up being a Batman vs Superman film, could a studio afford Christian Bale and Branden Routh for the film? Or will they leave these characters out?

Sorry, should have been a bit clearer.

This is the Marvel universe not DC so you are actually talking about The Avengers. There is an Avengers movie confirmed (2011 at the moment), but apart from Nick Fury and Iron Man its speculation as to which other marvel characters will be in it.

Strongly expected are Captain America and Hulk - although the conversation at the end of Hulk between Stark and Ross is ambiguous as to what Stark is requesting (location of Banner? Ross' help?).

Rumoured - as in where in the Avengers but not yet confirmed as getting their own movie to lead into the 2011 film - are Thor and Ant-Man.

I think he got his ass handed to him a few times.

Frankly though, how could anyone market a film with Captain America in it? Isnt he dead anyway?

A lot of the Mavel stuff isn't set in stone though...

Stark is in based California in the Iron Man movie. Norton's Hulk was exposed to a gamma ray in the original comic he was in a gamma bomb explosion. Maguire's Spider-Man was bitten by genetically engineered spiders rather than radio active ones.

No, I think the last Captain America got shot in the head or something.

Granted, nothing is ever set in stone, but how would they be able to market a film with a character like this?

Could be a good opportunity for an X-Men tie in though, lets they get rid of all the other guff actors and keep wolverine :)

Apocalypse should be the bad guy for xmen 4 if they ever do it.

And as for xman travelling back in time, that could be any of them, but you might be talking about Cable.
