Ebay - how long to get listing credited..

Folks,

I sold an item on ebay I have not had any e-mail s or contact with the buyer, so I started to file a claim - how long do you have to wait until ebaY credit me..

I sold a car the highest bidder was @ £6600, I have had no joy with the buyer so surley i shouldn't have to pay the sold fee around 50 quid or so...

They will credit you the final value fee and I think the listing fee, not the fees for extra pics, bold, highlight etc...

It takes a while though, they first expect u to keep waiting for the buyer, then sending him emails if he doesnt respond in I think 10 days they then make you wait a bit longer and you get the credit back after about 5 days, I think

No matter what happens ebay always makes money

You do have to file an unpaid item dispute to get things going though, it doesnt do it automatically

they are never fast sorting any problems out m8,but good at getting there own fees not the best mob to deal with when things go wrong for you.
