My Arse, I do not normally go on a rant but. What about the duty of care he gave the kids he murdered!

Bring back capital punishment for cases like this, as we are now subsidising this twat!

Soham murderer Ian Huntley is to sue the Prison Service after he was attacked by an inmate.
The Grimsby-born former school caretaker's throat was slashed in March at Frankland Prison in County Durham.
Huntley, 36, who murdered 10-year-olds Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman in 2002, will claim the service has failed in its duty of care towards him.

Yes it makes me sick. This f*cker should have been put down along with his side kick.
Also that pr1ck Peter Tobbin makes my blood boil.
He is taking the piss out of the legal system and us with his appeal nonsense.
Appealling against the length of the sentance for the Vicky Hamilton murder then faking illness when its court time. He is only doing it to cost money and resources.
These cnuts have NO rights in my view.

Agree 100% Ian ! about time the punishment mirrored/fitted the crime as much as possible... eye for an eye.... tooth for a tooth and life for a life !

Taking life should be met with the loss of your own life if it can be proven with dna that you committed the crime/admitted committing the crime etc....

Ok, there will be mistakes.... sadly that is clear from the past... but hopefully these would be a thing of the past with the new tech we have now !

not a bloody clue?
I agree with Rs2k_Rider 100%. If DNA can prove guilt in any such crime, then capital punishemnt has got to stand!!

With the advances in DNA Technology. DNA is providing the answers to crimes commited over 30 years ago!!

It makes no difference what evidence is available, this country is too pussy to put anyone to death.

let the fecker get the money then just as it hits his bank account, seize it back through proceeds of crime and give it to the parents of his victims.

it may not directly be linked, but if he did not do the crime in the first place then he would not have got chibbed.

sickens me bitches like this and other feckers who write books or screenplays for movies and the like. go on to make money while victims and their family's have to struggle and cope.

I'm thinking of launching legal action against the guy who cut Huntley's throat. He had a duty of care to ensure that he killed the mofo.

In reality though I'm glad he didn't kill him so it's able to happen again and again and again.

Who knows !

Most of the time though its the shyster lawyers that bring these claims simply to get a name for themselves in a high profile case. Chances are any money won would have gone on legal fees long before any further counter-claims can recover it. Unfortunately, one of the side effects of a system where the only people who cant lose are the lawyers/Solicitors !

The parents of Holly and Jessica were entitled to just £11,000 each for what this ba*tard did. Thats just a little more than £1000 for everyday of their lives before this monster murdered them.
The families should be given probably 100 times as much because they have had their lives destroyed.
Now this little scrote is suing for this kind of money and its sickening and plain wrong.

He should count himself lucky he's still breathing and walking around.

For me murder should be the only crime punishable by death, it's fair is it not, an eye for an eye. The whole idea of punishment is for justice to be served first and foremost - so why not do unto one as they do unto us - so if someone gets done for thieving, they get their own stuff taken as part of punishment, someone done for assault gets the shit kicked out of them, and if someone is done for murder then they should be sentenced to death.

Of course in reality it's never as simple as that, but that should be the gist of it imo. Let them get a taste of their own medicine for their punishment.

I say bring back all capitol punishment, not just hanging. Killers that are proved beyond any doubt, not just with DNA as DNA can and has been faked, but with other evidence, should be killed.

But for violent crimes they should also have the power to use things like the birch or cat-o-nine tails. There are too many thugs going round commiting violent crimes and doing a pittance of a sentence just to get out and return to their violent life.

You kids should be shown that if you do a violent act then you have to pay, that way maybe the youth of tomorrow will grown up thinking being a criminal isnt such a good and easy thing to be.

But of course the bleeding heart europeans will raise hell about the criminals human right, but what about the right of their victims.

Pity they didn't do a proper job then be no case for him to argue. he didn't think of the duty of care to those two poor children when he killed them.

Time the UK law was brought into the 21St Century like everything else we have to abide by or adhere to these days

Let the barsteward rot and give the money he wants if he wins to the families
