Fantastic book! The 1984 film had its moments, but was generally a bit of a train wreck. Let's hope this adaptation nails it.

The trailer looks promising.

I have not read the book and I wasn’t that impressed with a 1984 movie either but hopefully this will be better.

I liked the original but he did try to cram a lot into one film. Kenneth McMillan was great as Vladimir Harkkonen.

I’ve never read the book but sounds like it may be worth it. Perhaps add it to the kindle as I have a week off soon.
