Dual Monitor taskbar setup

I have a dual monitor setup and would like the task bar to be on bothmonitors ,what would

be the best program to use to enable me to do this?

it must be free or a hacked version

just had a quick look and it look like DisplayFusion ~ Multi-Monitor Taskbar, HotKeys, Window Management, Wallpaper Manager and much more will do it but you will need to look for the pro ver as i have been told the free one will not do it
