i can get into the diagnostic screen and i've got the net id number and the ird number but dont konw how get get the bk No (tw)? aslo how do you change theses numbers? it so i can put it upstairs for the kids.

Did your box come with a card that you can read and retrieve the BK from? If not then the only way you are going to get the BK is to lift the atmels and read them, not an easy task i can tell you!!

not too sure what you mean by what you need to change to make it work upstairs. If you are in a TW area and your box is a TW box then you dont need to do anything except make a card for it using the IRD and BK.
