is this true ? if so, anyone know how ?

There sure is. Number 591 for me, I think, available in the usual places.

you need the memory expansion pack for that one to work - just the rom wont do it, however try the okiwi browser or the browser in DSorganise
google will find em for you

Its a bit slow but so are mobile phones
I think the reason he didnt notice was it was wrong sec(WII)
Note though the browser needs to be patched for each different card
